While the overseas bikes (XJ600n and Diversion) received center stands from the factory, the US and Australia spec SECA II's did not. Yamaha did offer the centerstand as a factory accessory. The original part number was P/N 4BR-27111-00-00 which listed for $510. NOS or new-condition center stands do not crop up, ever, and used ones are quite rare and typically command $120 or more. If you are looking for one, eBay or eBay UK are about the only options.
Centerstand Hardware:
If you manage to find a centerstand without hardware or need to replace some worn-out hardware, you can use common Yamaha parts to do the trick as follows:
- The Yamaha P/N for the rubber bumper is: 2GM-27114-00.
- The Yamaha P/N for the spring is: 90506-40508 and/or 90506-23509. It is also used on the '01-'04 FZ1.
- The Yamaha P/N for the hose is: 90446-29385.
- The Yamaha P/N for the nut is: 90185-10091 (you'll need 2).
- The Yamaha P/N for the bolt is: 90109-101E6-00 (you'll need 2). It is also used on an '07 FJ1300.
