Could I swap r6 switches?

Just saw a left and right switches out of a R6 (2007), would I be able to replace the old ones off my Seca with these? Would I need to adjust or mod the handlebars? Could I match and connect the wires to fit into the plug for the wiring harness? Thanks! :brow:
