Fuel pump seems shorted. No resistance, not turning with 12v. Very low pump relay output voltage, less than 0.2v.
No spark at all. Igniter was fine and tested another igniter with same result. This was a replacement relay after the previous relay was giving zero voltage on ignition. The replacement was at least allowing the pump to prime on ignition.
Would a shorted pump have burnt out the relay? I see it has an interface with the igniter and the relay has something loose in it when shaken. It clicks on ignition but the no spark issue is puzzling.
