Needs thorough cleaning including chain and sprockets. Brakes, pads and fluid are okay, everything else is in working order.
Some of the more urgent jobs in my list:
1. 2nd gear jerking and popping out of gear, need new gear selector fork and/or shift drum (we'll see that when i take the engine apart)
this also includes cleaning the neutral gear sensor which is not working about 50% of time and its quite annoying
2. check valve shims/clearance
3. cleaning and calibrating carbs
4. exhaust pipe - muffler connection is loose and rattles + at least 1 of the exhaust bolts is broken (pic)
5. front suspension maintenance - its too soft right now (see picture) it has less than 10cm of play without anyone on the bike, not sure whats wrong..
Customization:
Needs speedo/tach
Covers between the tank and fork for wires
Moving horn in the frame and removing fairing mounts
Shortening tail (fiberglassing new one) + new tail light
New custom seats
Painting the frame, fork, wheels.. and fairings later on

What cable is this next to the throttle? It also moves with the throttle...
What are those loose hoses?
Is this the original rear shock? (found out it is)
