Different jet sizes - but why?

Opened my float chambers the other day and discovered that i have 2 different size jets.
102,5 and 105. I assume this is not from factory, but why would someone do this?
How much of a difference can it even make ie do i have to attend to it?
(yes i know dirty as hell)
