I started rebuilding my carbs on a 1998 model. Now that everything is clean and nice i started putting the carbs together. I'm using this kit: https://litetek.co/Carb_Kit_Yamaha_Seca_II.html and currently trying to put the main jet & holder to place, but the o-ring that i suppose is meant to go to that place is actually a square ring (Main Jet Sq-Ring in the rebuild kit). I just wanted to double check if that is actually the correct one or if something is wrong. The original is a o-ring, so it sounds like something is up?
