Tracking money spent on our XJs

I'm not sure if I'm the only one on here who does this??
A mixture of being bored at work, and biking on a budget, has led me to track how much I spend on my bike. It seemed a natural extension to include stuff that I would like to do to my bike. I'm hoping to get the bike stripped and the frame/fork lowers powdercoated and the engine painted over the winter, just as soon as I figure out where/how I will manage to do this (my garage is continually being repurposed as a big cupboard/larder/bike store/gym so space is premium).
Anyways, I digress. Here is a snapshot of a simple spreadsheet I threw together at work, which is great because at £10 I run out of fingers to count on, and nobody wants me to take my socks off in the office.
Oh, and if anyone has any advice on removing the engine from the frame (and putting it back in without scratching anything!) I'm all ears. Well eyes, as I'll be reading. I'm in the fortunate position that it all works so don't need to do too much, its mainly cosmetic.
