Bleeding Rear Brake Caliper.

Is there a particular order to bleed the two nipples - I've tried both without much success
The 24 hour trick (maintaining pressure) hasn't worked.
After about 12 hours it trickled fluid but no build up in pressure (although I have started a repeat process - waiting waiting waiting.
