Frame Inserts

Hi Everyone,
I'm currently in the process of turning my '92 XJ600S into a scrambler, and I'm having trouble finding some of the parts I'm looking for. I live in Texas, and it seems that getting anything close, outside of the UK, is next to impossible. I'm looking for some frame inserts for areas circled below (not my bike, but same model). Does anyone on here know of a place to get these?
I'd also like to find a way to cover the wiring harness for the tail light/blinkers, or replace it with an assembly that does it for me. Any ideas??
