'92 Seca II California Carb Specs

I'm in the process of rebuilding the carbs on a second Seca I recently picked up. This one is a California model, although it appears most of the California specific stuff has been removed by a PO.
I notice the carbs have the usual #17.5 pilots, but #98 main jets and 1.2 orifice float valves. Is this normal for the California models? I plan to install #20 pilots, #102.5 mains and use the 1.5 float valves from a spare set of carbs.
