Front fender options

Hi, guys. I spent last winter on a XJ600 cafe racer project, and quickly learned that I need a front fender. I have the original fender, but I think it's too big and bulky. Anyone have an idea for a different fender that could fit? Or potentially, any one have rebuild the original one?
