Hi All! I have been reading the various discussions on this site for over a year now since undertaking a cafe racer project with my first and only bike, a 1996 Yamaha Seca 2. My progress to this point has been slow and mainly research based, far less action-based. Mainly thanks to all the threads in and around this site I feel as though I am ready to take the plunge, remove the OEM parts and pieces, start cutting and re welding sub frames (with help) and get the old beauty up and functional for this year's riding season.

Here is a picture of the bike as purchased.

Soon I will update a thread in the bike modifications tab to show the slow progress I have made and will continue to make.

Glad to be on here with a bunch of fellow Seca/Diversion enthusiasts.

Stefan
