Biffed up XJ 400 Diversion

Greetings everyone,
I have a 1993 xj400 diversion, pretty rare these days (as far as I know), that I have turned into a street fighter.
Unfortunately, the engine was burning quite a lot of oil and was beyond saving. So, I figured, what the hell? Let's turn it into a 600cc. I got my hands on a cylinder block, pistons and head in superb condition from a 95 xj600, I put it all together and it runs!
The carbs on the bike are the oil heated type, tuned to 400cc. Should I Re jet them to Haynes Manuel specs?
#102.5 main jet
#145 pilot air jet
#15 pilot jet
Everything else is the same as in the xj600. Plus, I live at 1500 ft above see level.
Any help is appreciated.

Best regards,
Eli.
