starter idler gear- done

Got the idler gear project wrapped up, all new seals, EBC clutch with springs and both idler gears, valves all checked and 100% in spec and back in the frame.
One note, for me I tried twice to use Subaru oil seals, both times Amazon and Autozone part numbers corresponded to the correct 2.5L non turbo but neither fit, ended up ordering a Yamaha part.
Anyway, this was my problem, the other gear was fine but I replaced it with the updated, thicker version to be safe.
