Reduced Image Size in Quotations

I've been working on this one for a while and it's gone live, today, as my present to you all. Merry Christmas!
Now, when you quote someone's post and an image is in the quotation, instead of the image displaying full size, a thumbnail will be displayed. This will only work for images with the image tag. Here's an example:
