For the US version of the Seca II, we have a wheel on the left-hand side of the headlight (when sitting on the bike) and a long bolt hanging down on the righthand side.
The wheel adjusts the vertical alignment of the headlight (up and down). Turn the wheel clockwise to move the headlight down and counterclockwise to move it up:
The long bolt adjusts the horizontal alignment of the headlight (left and right). Turn the bolt clockwise to move the headlight right and counterclockwise to move it left.
