Rear Stand.

I picked up a Low Profile Rear Motorcycle Spool Stand from harbor freight.
Has anyone used this before, is it any good?
Again i'm a beginner at the whole Motorcycle Repair, but i appreciate all the knowledge and help i recieve from the forum.

Ill Be Doing a few Repairs this weekend so i will make an updated post with my progress on that.
