How to: Diagnose no-spark or intermittent-spark

This procedure describes the diagnostic process to determine the cause of a no-start condition on the Seca II. This procedure is aimed at diagnosing a no-spark condition.
What You'll Need:
- A good quality multi-meter that measures voltage, resistance and continuity. I use a Harbor Freight 14-function multimeter and I quite like it.
- Digital calipers
- Set of feeler gauges
- Length of 18 gauge wire to use for a test lead
- Patience!
Troubleshoot Procedure:
Begin at the top and work your way through the procedure. Repair/remediate problems as you discover them until your no-spark or intermittent spark condition is remedied.
