need some more advice on my FJ600

I am in the the process of rebuilding a 1984 FJ600 and I am having some issues with the front brake assembly. I got the brake lever unstuck but I noticed the spring thats inside is stuck and the pin that drives the spring back and forth is also stuck. Any advixe on how to free this up?
