2nd Gear Problems

So i just finally got my Seca 600 up and running this year, but i have a problem with 2nd gear. when i shift into second gear and give it some throttle it jumps and jerks really bad. I don't think the gear is broken but maybe a bent shift shaft or bent shift forks. has any one had this sort of problem? when i down shift into second the jumping and jerking doesnt happen.
