MPG modifcation

hey forum HAPPY FRIDAY! 
I stumbled apon a artical that states a member on ecomoder got his ninja 250 to get 101.5 mpg and I was wondering is there a way to tweak with gear ratios and play with tire size and pressure to improve mpg.... here are the details:http://ecomodder.com/forum/showthread.p ... -8686.html
I feel like some of us XJ riders should take this challange on!!! ECO-SECA CHALLANGE! I ride my bike 20 miles to work and back in LA and this would be great for some of the commuters on this site. :kudos:
