Clutch Issue

So I own a 92 seca II.
I had asked this before on the old forum but never could get this to work.
So my problem is that when i pull the clutch handle in, it takes 2 hands full force to pull the lever. Now
Ive checked the cable and Ive checked the lever. All seems well.
I've also checked the clutch basket and there are no grooves. Don't see anything bent, dented, crushed, worn or anything to cause this, but I still cant seem to figure out why this is the way it is, that is, without actually tearing into it deeper.
