InfraRed Thermometer

The IR thermometer is used in carb tuning by checking the temperature of the exhaust pipe, 1) to assure that all pipes are at about the same temperature, and 2) to assure that they are at the correct temperature. The IR Thermometer ranges in price from $19 to $39 at Harbor Freight Tools depending on what sale they're having.
