Scorpion EXO1000 Helmet

I currently ride with a Scorpion EXO 700 helmet. It was my first helmet and is about worn out. I had planned on replacing it with a Shoei Quest but I've found some deals on EXO1000 helmets which are difficult to pass up. Do any of you use the EXO1000 and would you recommend it? My only complaint with the 700 is that it's noisy.
