Guys, been working to keep my head above water. Cleaned all the carbs and put a new non-vaccum line petcock and I am getting fuel after getting a blob of POR 15 out of the tank. I get great idle now, but backfire and stall on hitting the throttle. I think the plug wires are connected wrong, could the bike idle and then load up if the wires are crossed. it shows on my schematic facing front of bike 2,3,1,4 and on the bike its 4,3,2,1? anyone know the wiring sequence and it has a left side and right side coil? Could the bike have run smoothly with the wire wrong?
