So I really want to paint my wheels and fork a satin black (trying to eliminate the grey shades, not a big fan of those) to match my mufflers as they are actually still very nice looking, but I just can't bring myself to put rattlecan primer and paint over the excellent condition powdercoating that came stock. I mean, my wheels are pretty much perfect. I don't see the rattle can stuff being more durable than the stock coating, so the engineer in me keeps screaming "the stock paint is better!!!", but then I see pics of Radare's bike, and I just drool over how good the black looks.
Am I being pragmatic or a pansy?
Am I just a pansy?
