Out of Timing

just wondering is there a way to turn the cams(without the crankshaft) to get them back into time cause while removing the cam chain tensioner (and the exhaust came loose from my mess up) the chain poped about an inch high and cam to rest one tooth advanced. i just dont want to have to pull it all apart again after getting so close to having it back together.
