Last weekend, 14 July 2012, me and 2 of my friends took a trip to Carita beach.
This beach is one of the tourism destination in the weekend or holiday.
Its located around 230 km from my house to the west part of Banten province in Indonesia.
We set up the route using GPS.
Since we found out it took only 4 hours riding, we decided to do it in a day.
Only me ride the diversion 600, all of my friends ride a 200cc Honda sport touring bike.
We started this trip from our meeting point in a downtown at 6 am.
Due to we started a little bit late, the morning vibrant of sunrise made everyone came out from their house to start their day.
We ride to the edge of the city with quite a busy traffic for 45 minutes.
Then, we still have to pass through a bad road for 1,5 hours.
This bad road made me a little bit slow, this bike as not as easily manouvering between the road holes.
Until we reached a smooth but narrow road to be ridden by us.
We ride with the speed around 50-80 kph as we realized that we look for enjoying the riding.
2 medium towns and many villages passed through until we reach the sea shore.
We ride along the sea shore for about 45 minutes enjoying the sea breeze until we arrived at a good spot to take some photos.
After that, we do another stops at a small seafood restaurant for a lunch break.
Take a nap for awhile accompanying with sea breeze.
After 1.5-hours lunch break, we continue our trip to return.
We decided to take different routes for going and return to prevent boring feeling.
Luckily, along the way, the weather is clean.
The sky filled with white coulds.
So, no worries about rain and slippery road.
We arrived back at our meeting point at 6 pm.
Then, we splitted up to return to ourselves home.
Total around 460 km taken in 12 hours trip, including 2 times 30-minutes rests and 1.5-hours lunch break.
