Squeak under acceleration

Under acceleration, I get a squeaking type noise from the bike. I was thinking it could be wheel bearings, but the noise usually goes away when I get off the throttle or disengage the clutch. Wondering what y’all thought. Should I go ahead and do the wheel bearings?
New to bikes, so please excuse if this question has been asked a million times before. I couldn’t find anything about it on the old boards.
