Installed the exhaust and got everything together to fire her over. The '97 cranks really well and is getting fuel, but no spark.
I went through the barage of tests in the FSM and everything seems to work: Kill switch works, sidestand switch works, neutral switch works, coils spec out on resistence, plug caps spec out. The pickup coil seems to be within spec on resistence but is showing a resistence to ground on the red/white wire (and not infinite). The pinout for the diode relay is different from what my '97 has, but following the wire colors, the diode relay doesn't show continuity either. I did pull the ignitor box and try it in the '92 and it worked, so I can rule that one out.
I'm going to start with the pickup coil and go from there. Thoughts?
