Thanks to the help of MOzarkrider for coming over and doing a little work with me on the carbs my bike is now running again!
It does appear like it needs some new float bowl gaskets and maybe some intake carb boots, but even with the slight vacuum leak and a little bit of gas coming out of the float covers it was still running pretty good. Drove it around a little bit, but the fork seals are shot and apparently so are my front brake pads. All that fork oil has been leaking on them so it was kind of a pain to stop.
