Collar front and rear wheel which is for which

So the collar I have removed from the front and rear wheel are slightly different. And I can not remember which goes where.

The two parts today have same part number and therfore identical. However the parts used to have two different numbers and therefore must be different.

Can anyone tell me if the collar with the slightly higher edge is part 13 for front wheel or part 29 for the rear wheel so I can put the parts back correctly
