My first bike, 92 Seca II

New here, and never ridden before. Seriously considering buying a 1997 Seca II as my first bike.
Found it on craigslist http://atlanta.craigslist.org/sat/mcy/3233030697.html wanted to see if I could get any opinions on this. And any thoughts on how much it may be worth? Obviously hard to tell just by this post. And, any experience on starting out with this bike? I used to use a scooter to commute so I have some experience.
