Hi there.

Im allmost done repairing my engines starter idler gear, a great thanks to Radare and his "how to do it" guide .

At the same time i have repaired the rattling oil pump drive on the backside of the clutch.

I used a spark erosion machine to repair the worn out hole in the ckutch, The size of the OEM pin is 6,00 mm and the hole was in oval shape/condition measuring 6,11mm
I repaired it with a new pin measuring 6,29mm decreasing the tolerance from 0,3mm to 0,02mm. The parts can be assembled by hand thats not a problem.

My question is, have i done it right or do i get a problem then engine gets warm???

Theres no oil on the engine yet, im waiting for someone to have an opinion (and i also need to clean 153 parts before reassembling )

Best regards Henrik
