This took over 600 hours to build last winter and is taxed and insured for road (Isle of Man) with 13,000 miles on clock. It includes removable exhaust silencers, a second seat unit to allow for passengers and new paddock race stand. All original gear can be included. £7000 ono or consider swopping for another project.

Below is spec list and first pic is with passenger seat.

Frame :- Remove centre stand frame tube. Remove original lower rear frame rails, replace with straight 22mm rails. Clean up all welds.
Swinging Arm :- Fit new section to swinging arm to allow for 4 exhaust pipes to run through. Clean up all welds.
Rear Wheel Adjusters :- Make up wheel adjusters using modified USA Gun nuts.
Fuel Tank :- Cut and weld in new 100mm dia truck exhaust and leak test.
Seat 1 :- New Kawasaki KR250, chop in half and add 50mm in width, modify and glass fibre.
Seat 2 :- Honda CBR600F for passenger, modify and glass fibre.
Exhausts :- Fabricate complete 4 into 4 Stainless 32 / 35mm exhaust system including mounts and brackets. Rework Megaphones.
Forks :- Clean and tidy up yolks. Fit new seals, progressive springs and oil to forks.
Front Wheel :- Fit “Blue Spot” caliper and relieve wheel spokes for clearance.
Rear Wheel :- Modify and fit FZ600 17” wheel, small 210mm disc, Brembo caliper, new 48T race sprocket and new 150x80-17 Tyre.
Rear Hugger :- Modify and fit “Thunderace” front mudguard.
Rear Suspension :- Fit new Olhins rear shock
Rear sets :- Make up and fit bespoke rear sets and pedals.
Gearbox cover :- Cut out 90mm inspection hole. Spark erode holes in sprocket.
Engine :- Carry out starter gear modification, Paint in Hi Temp Silver
Engine side covers :- Prepare and paint grey.
Carburation :- Strip and clean, fit No20 pilot jets, fit No 140 main jets. Fit Spun alloy 50mm custom Velocity stacks.
Ram Air :- Make up alloy chute out of 100mm sq alloy pipe, Make up 2 piece Ram Air box from bespoke mold.
Headlamps :- Modify and fit twin 100mm lamps on alloy extension bars with inside wiring.
Paint :- Frame, Forks, Ram Air & Clocks = Ford Magnetic Grey. Bodywork = Ford Race Red & Glacier White. Plastic panels = Satin Black. Engine Covers = HgreyM15. Engine = Hi Temp Silver.
