I'd like to know if this video I found on youtube is doing things correct. I have read the threads on this forum but they neglect something that I am confused about.
When you put the motor at TDC via the mark, #1 cylinder is ready to check. In one thread on this forum, they say to use an alternate mark for #2 and #4. In this video, he uses the little notches and always turns the engine over 180 degree.
So after checking cylinder 1, what do I do to check cylinder #2? I know I can just crank it until the lobes are opposite each other, but seems to be some contradicting info around. Also in another vid I see the guy cranking the motor CW instead of CCW.
If this video is good to do, Ill follow it but any clarifications are appreciated.
