My project"oh god where to begin"

I have no idea where to begin with this bike. My first thought which I'm going to do tomorrow morning is take it apart to get to bare frame and repaint the whole thing. But I'm a little intimidated to be honest with my lack of experience in doing such a thing. Any input on how to tackle this project would be appreciated.
