Pick up a 92 seca II
Problem
Not running fuel problem, now starter problems
New battery , tested starter out of bike, works fine
Looked at idler gear , teeth are fine, I spun gear and it spun freely.
I turned crank and turns freely.
When I try and start it will catch-turn over but starter spins out with a grinding noise after a few cranks.
Or it will bind and then not crank.
I think there must Be problem with sprag-starter clutch.
Paid 600 with clean title, bike is in nice clean shape with 20,000
Should I cut my losses?
bike is in Goodyear Arizona.
