Hello,
This is my first post and I am the proud owner of a 92 xj600. I did some work to bring it to stock condition (mostly) and drove it for about a year.

I really like the look of the cafe racers and I was hoping I could get some guidance/links to sources for converting it over.
I have read Radare's very helpful post "Considerations for Naked Conversion on XJ600 & Seca II"
http://www.xjrider.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=703.

1. Headlight. I heard / read that the 7" round headlight will fit. Thinking about this bracket

Headlight? This looks like radare mentioned.

I really like the Clubman style bars. :grins: like this http://www.caferace.com/Merchant2/merch ... _Code=RRBT Are the bars on 92 xj600 7/8"?

I don't like the Vapor instruments and I would love to find some FZ600 instruments but not sure what year to look for.
I did find these but they did not look like what radare had posted in the pics

Or will somethink simple and universal work?

I noted that leewman mentioned encasing the existing speedo and tach in sheet metal but the pictures make it difficult to tell what the possibilities are.

Exhaust. The only one that seems available to go 4 into 1 is the V&H. Is this true? Is it a good product? Is there something better?
Does it really require jetting?
