It's pretty easy:
1. Pop off the rubber protector. Beneath it is a fancy nut. Screw that nut inward to reveal a small circlip. Remove that circlip, carefully. It will pop off, whiz past you and land somewhere in the garage where you will never see it again. Once off, unscrew the fancy nut, then remove the spring. Now you can remove the lever. Remove the bolt that holds the lever in place and remove the lever.
2. With the lever off, remove the circlip that holds the adjuster in place. The adjuster can then be removed. Grease up the adjuster, transfer it to the new lever, and reassemble.
