it's a 1993 Seca II 600 with 11,000 miles on it. fairings need some paint. needs fork seals replaced. carbs need cleaned/synced.
had been looking for a ninja 500r for my first bike, but this one was a lot less expensive than any ninja 500r i could find around here. very happy with my purchase!
was going to take it to a shop to get everything fixed, but after reading posts on here over the weekend, i've decided to clean the carbs myself. also going to paint plastics and the tank with the help of my wife.
I've been wrenching on cars for a decade, but never worked on anything with carburetors, so this will be a new thing for me.
