Hello all :thumbsup: ,

My names Dan, i'm 30 and have owned my XJ for around 5 years now. I paid £500 for it and for that i had to rebuild the carbs etc. im now looking to modify the bike a little but and make some much needed changes to it. e.g. exhaust, clutch needs doing, maybe tidy up the back end. so nay pointers or help would be amazing.

Hey Dan, well if it is help and tips you need you just joined possibly the largest compendium of xj600 knowledge. I am sure you can scrounge up some help from some post/somebody if you need it. The hardest part is staying on task and not getting distracted by something completely unrelated to your current project. Anyway great to see another xj owner and I look forward to seeing the work you do to your own xj.

Hello and welcome. I'm not far from you. Maybe between us we can bodge up a clutch basket tool to sort out the oil gear rattle.
