It's 60mph speed limit on that road 1Oldman, but in my defence, that was the first time I had been down that road, and wasn't sure where the corners were and how sharp they were ( now I know where it is I will ride it again, for sure )
Yes, just looking at it made me feel is was an easy 60 mph ride but you never can tell what the local jurisdiction might feel. Here, they might post it 45 mph and park a cop at the end to increase local revenue. It's called a speed trap. Do they have them there, too?
Better to be over the hill than under it.

Oh yes, they certainly do, either with a hand held radar gun, or more commonly these days, in a van with the camera pointing out of a flap at the back

On the up side if one of these "speed traps" is parked there, other motorists/bikers coming in the opposite direction usually warn you with a flash of their headlights or a downward wave ;)

great stuff - your bike seems in a good state of tune, that ride would be much more jerky if it were me :!:

Ok here is a little "end of season" movie I made with bit's of footage taken from all the videos I shot this year, I did it all in windows movie maker, but for some reason it dosn't seem to like it if you do "too much" editing and it kept crashing
As a result the final edit lost some picture quality and there is a bit of a "crackle" in the audio
Anyways here it is !!

Nice video! Cutting it a little close there on that pass that's 6min 20sec into the video. ;D
If I only had an hour to live I would spend it at work, because in there an hour feels like an eternity.

Yeah I know draco, ( I think it looks closer on the camera than it actually was :duck: ) And I had to watch for the guy about to pull out of the junction, I was 99% sure that he had seen me :???:

Thanks Drapheus, I dont think there will be many ( if any ) more this season, the weather is really starting to turn over here, we sometimes get decent days over the winter ( sunny but cold ) but not many ;)
You should definetely do some more vids, Georgia looks fantastic, do you get an all year round season that far south ??
