No 2 of the Spark Plug Caps on my xj600s are the same....
Some are in dire need of replacement...
I may replace them with NGK caps but should I buy the plain caps or the ones with a resistor built in ???

I'd said probably the ones with the resistor built in, but you might wait to see what the other members recommend.

I have NGK high performance wires on mine with what I assume are resistor caps built in. They clamp onto the threads on top of the spark plugs. One of the old guys at NAPA instantly identified them and went on about something unrelated, then told me finally that he hadn't carried them for a long time.
One bad idea fuels most Bike Nights.
My Civic isn't a lawnmower, it's a weed whacker. Get it right, gosh.
