Upgrading rear shocks, worth it?

Hi guys i havent really had much of a chance to ride my Divvy yet, but im curious as to if upgrading the rear shocks is worth it? I read some old reviews that all said the suspension was poor? Has anyone got experiance with the Hagon shocks? And if so are they worth it or are there better options? Thank you
