A little update:)
After 1200km on the bike since the carbs have been syncronised i can tell you it affects fuel consumption, acceleration and top speed:). As in fuel consumption i get from 3.3l/100km (71mpg) going slow, low rpms, to 3.7l/100km trying to keep up with brothers Suzuki GSF1200. After last run of 625km i averaged 3.47l/100km . So things are improving and i love my bike more than ever:)
What i want to change now its those rubber bushing triangle things at the rear wheel so if anyone knows how are they called and P/N let me know:)

Hallo! You`ll have to give me phone number of that mechanic for carburetor synchronization.
That part that you are looking for is called DAMPER. Part No. is 4BP-25364-00 and you need 3 of those.
I can recommend you a good source for Yamaha OEM parts if needed.

The synchronization was made by me using https://www.louis.de/en/artikel/rothewa ... =107358742, It was a simple process what it took us longer was finding the screws on the carbs in particular the 2-3 screw.
Are the dampers expensive? Im a little short on money atm

Nice. Ah, well, I can't buy all there is. But, i can make it Image . Anyway, if you want a good price for OEM Yamaha parts, go to www.ambulantamoto.ro or at motociclism.ro and search for ottoMan. It's about the same guy. But lead time is arround 10 days.

I started the bike up to warm it up a bit and i noticed i have a hole in the left muffler caused by rust from inside, its where the pipe was welded to the can is there a way to fix it or do i have to change the can?

Maybe you could weld it? If the whole is not large, you can do it even with arch welder and paint the weld with zink. You'll barely notice it was welded.

Last week i ordered a new oem clutch cable and a new petcock from the local auto shop but the petcock was 210 euro and clutch cable its not genuine yamaha so i gave up on the petcock and got just the JMT clutch cable witch was 17 euro, hope is good as it says oem quality and it looks close to the original.

Today the DAMPERS. Part No.4BP-25364-00 have arrived, 3 pcs. Also got rear break pads from Vicma. Now ill wait for the rain to stop so i can start working on the rear part of the bike. Humid weather and brake fluid dont mix:) Ill do a caliper clean and changing the brake fluid. then change the dampers in the wheel and take it for a ride. After that change the clutch cable and see what is up with the clutch as i cant move the bike with the clutch pulled and i can pull the throwout arm with my fingers. maybe its stuck clutchplates. Im not worrying about anything because i know i can find help here!

Can anyone tell me if i need to apply any grease on any bolts at the rear caliper? I took it apart today, split the calipers because it was a mess and barely got a piston out of a half. Cleaned anything and now as i wait for parts to dry. The brake fluid turned to something solid-ish and i think all the components need cleaning so is there anything i can use to flush old brake fluid from system? Any help would be apreciated!
