Gorgeous picture, 55 should be simple and then back to the harder to find numbers...

FINALLY!
The easiest number of all took the longest to get, lol. My oldest and I pulled into a tractor dealership today to try to find a more interesting "55" than the too-easy speed limit sign.

I've found 57 though it'll take a ride to get to . . . isn't that the point?

That road is apparently completely unmarked as HWY57, and only considered a state hwy by CDOT. You may have to go northeast of stratton for the old stretch to find a sign, or even head further east to Country road 57.

May I suggest hitting county rd 57 up near white ranch? You could do a nice little morning loop of 70 and 57 and get some nice twisties.

Oh wait, you're in Boulder now aren't you, so maybe head up 119 to Nederland and back up 93 for a longer morning ride. While I've been pretty impressed with the scenic pictures you've taken in the eastern plains, the twisties and the views in the mountains have got to be better. Plus you wouldn't have to cross Denver.

That would be a much longer ride... Nederland is the Dutch name for the Netherlands. So, if you hit Nederland, let me know and we'll have coffee.
