I'm busy stripping and cleaning bits to paint too, hoping to have everything done for an MOT and riding early next year.

Did you get your clutch sorted? I've never pulled one apart so can't really help, but probably will have to at some point.
Hi

3rd time when i stripped down the clutch and it`s like 10min job, i get my Drill were i attached socket etc and i get right Nm same time. I have side stand so there`s no need to drain the oil.

The big bolt right side of the clutch basket was bit of loose (something to do with primary chain) That is tighened up, same time i checked the thrust washer (under the basket) which was important to have right ways. All is okay.. only what was weird is the oil pump shaft.. huge freeplay there, after searching this forum through, it`s normal. It moves like every direction.. and that may be the clicking noise maker, you can hear it when filler plug is off. But everything else seems to be normal noises. So i just let those be. Or if i do something i just make the freeplays go away from oil pump. I almost want to weld that on place but that probably were not so good idea 8-)

new parts

- EBC Friction discs
- EBC Springs
- Thrust bearing and washer
- clutch rod upper needle bearing (what was pain in the arse to remove)
- clutch rod seal
- New gasket
- New dovel pin in oil pump drive

last weekend i removed the db killer first time, now the sound is like great.

Umm.. Noup, horrible. Just for fun testing chinese atv mask. LSL Urban style light is in my mind & xenon light.

-17 degrees was here last week. Bike started now quite nicely, half tank of fuel and re routed fuel line, filter was stupid place earlier and it hanged around, now it is near fuel pump. Gonna replace the pump (may not work properly) and made petcock maintenance same time.. I have also acerbis petcock but original is good and no need to close it all the time etc, easy use.

Just bought triom headlight, same look than lsl urban and yamaha mt-03. Used part and great condition. When installed, it gets kupfer paint in its neck.. Black plastic look its not so great. 55w h4 xenon kit is also coming from china, 13.11€ costs 😆
