I just bought myself a Yamaha XJ600 '92, which I wanted to share with you. The previous owner started doing some modification to it but never finished, so I decided it was time for a new project. The bike was supposedly running last time around 4 and a half years ago, but has been in storage since then.

I currently have a Ducati 848, but also wanted something to build as ''my own'', hence the reason buying this one. It already has different handlebars and headlight, which will stay on it for the time being.

Here is a list of things to buy/build: Always adding more items :???:

Things already bought/waiting for:

- Aftermarket solo seat
- Aftermarket black brake/clutch levers
- New filters (oil, fuel and breather)
- New chain and sprockets (stock gearing)
- Aftermarket footpegs
- Battery
- Aftermarket number plate bracket

Left to do/buy:

- Basic tune-up of engine/carbs
- Custom rear subframe - V shaped
- Stainless steel brake lines and new brake pads
- Fit small chrome exhaust mufflers on each side (in a low position) - Got them with the bike
- Fit an aftermarket brake light
- Custom batt. tray under tank with all electrical components (currently has individual filters)
- Heatwrap exhaust manifold (Titanium)
- And more items will add up....

Paint/Powdercoat:

- Complete frame after modifications
- Motor (x)
- Rims/brakes/swingarm
- Front fork
- Tank/front fender/springs (all in same color - Brown metallic
- paint and clean ALOT of small things here and there

I always appreciate new ideas ;)

On to pictures...
