Greetings from Estonia. Love the new forum! I've owned my diversion for 2 years now and have made some changes to it. When i got the bike it was running well, but i didn't like the way it looked. First things that i had to change was mufflers. Original mufflers were damaged and the rust had come through it. So i decided to make my own custom muffler, got the idea from kawasaki versys.
the front fender was from a Kymco scooter.
I hope that my pictures say more than word's. I'm not good at explaining things in English ;)

Heres a pic of how it looked like, when i bought it.

Wheel from Yamaha SZR660. ( 17''x 4.00 rim )
1.Had to make a whole new wheel bolt from steel bar because the SZR's was too short, and the seca's bolt was bigger in diameter from the SZR's.
2.Had to use SZR's brakeing system because of the smaller disk on the SZR wheel.
3.Had to make a little spacer between the brake holder and the swingarm.
4.Had to weld a bar to support the brake holder in place inside the swingarm.
All Done! I'd say it was easyer than I thought.

The end result looks like this. with 160/60 tire in the back.
